In the data creator, most of the runwa colours are logical. But metal and gravel are red, same as unknown - is there a rationale for this? Red for unknown is good, but would suggest different colour for gravel (never seen metal before though).



I would also like to add wind sock location, but it is not possible to add anything under geography - is this a bug or is it not still developed?

I suppose the omission of a specific colour for gravel runways is an omission; any suggestions? There are some metal runways in the USA and I think they're basically short ones for helicopters.

As for windsocks etc, you can add these but not with the datacreator, you have to edit the XML file yourself. I can email a sample if you get in touch with us by email.
